LA LOI CLIMAT ET RÉSILIENCE PRÉVOIT QUE LES LOGEMENTS LES PLUS ÉNERGÉTIQUES NE SERONT PLUS COMPATIBLES AVEC LES CRITÈRES DE DÉCENCE D’UN LOGEMENT ET DONC, NE POURRONT PLUS ÊTRE MIS EN LOCATION.
Quand la performance thermique devient un critère de décence pour la location d’un logement !
A partir du 1ER janvier 2023, un logement locatif est décent, s’il est en classe G, soit, au-dessus de 450kWh/m2/an de consommation d’énergie finale (*).
